Chic-Tweed is a worsted wool composite material that gives a chic impression to homespun fabrics with a rough image by using wool wrapped around rayon with a slight luster.

The warp threads are made of grandrelle yarn to give the fabric a deeper coloring. Wool / Elastane is used for the weft to give the fabric a stretchy feel, while at the same time giving it a silky sheen and the softness of wool / silk.

A wide range of variations are available, including colored nep yarn imported from Italy and glitter yarn woven into the fabric, which can be used for a wide variety of items from bottoms to jackets.
