RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Fabrics
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of the customers' personal preferences.
When you receive the products, please ensure to inspect the products for any defects, and confirm receipt of your order.
*Please note that any inquiries regarding returns or exchanges must be made within eight (8) days of receipt of the products. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges after eight (8) days.
Any defacement, damage, or wrong products attributable to our company
In the event that the product you receive is defaced or damaged, or is different from the product you ordered, we will replace it with a new product. If a replacement cannot be arranged, we will refund your money.
Please note that even in such cases, we cannot accept returns of the following products:
・If more than eight (8) days have passed without notice after the product has arrived at the shipping address provided by the customer.
・If the irregularity or minor defect in quality that is the reason for your exchange or return is a product characteristic described in the Product Precaution in this User Guide, in the Terms of Service of the Website or in the Product Notice in each Product Details page.
・If the product has been used or altered by the customer (including pre-washing, washing, processing, marking, cutting, sewing, etc.)
・Products that have been stained, scratched or have an odor attached to them under the customer’s care.
・Products whose condition at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for any problems that may occur in the products after the use or processing by the customer.
Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital data, purchased content cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
However, if the data itself proves to be physically defective or faulty in any way, we will, at our discretion, replace it with a good or equivalent product, or cancel and refund the applicable purchase. However, such a response will be limited to cases where the defect or failure is a significant deviation in quality from existing industry standards and is reported by the customer within one (1) month of purchase.

Refund methods vary depending on the payment method.
Payments by Credit Card
・Refund will be made through your credit card company.
・Refund processing time depends on the credit card company.
・If offsetting is not possible due to the credit card company's closing date, the full amount may be debited once and refunded in the following month or later.
Payments by Debit Card
・Refund will be made through your credit card company.
・Refund processing time depends on the credit card company.
・Please contact your credit card company for details and timing of the refund.
Payment via PayPal
・Refunds will be made according to the original payment method you used for the transaction (bank account, credit card, or PayPal balance).
・If you used your bank account, the funds will be refunded to your bank account, or to your PayPal balance if the funds cannot be returned to your bank account.
・The refund processing time of your refund depends on the payment method that you used. Please refer to Paypal help page for details.
