ORDER TYPES

The following order types are available:

SAMPLE ORDER (CUT TO ORDER)

You can order fabrics by the yard. (Maximum 30 yards)

SAMPLE ORDER

You can place cut orders by the yard.

・You can place an order by simply entering the desired length within the range of 1 - 30 yards and specifying the shipping address.
・Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns after an order is placed because we cut the fabric according to your order.
Ordering Process

1. Select a product.
2. Select "Sample Order" tab on the product detail page.
3. Select the color you want to order from the color list. (*Multiple selections are possible.)

4. The selected product will be added to the "Selected Products" at the top of the color list.

5.  Enter the desired quantity in the input field.
*The maximum order quantity for Sample Order is 30 yards.
6. To add selected items to your cart, click on the "Add all items to cart" button.

7. Please check the item details in your cart.
8. Enter the required information. (*The items displayed will vary depending on the customer.)

・Confirmation mail: Please tick the checkbox if you wish to receive shipment notification e-mails.

9. Click on the "Proceed to Purchase" button to begin the checkout process.
10. Your order is finalized when the checkout process is complete.

SWATCH CARD REQUEST

You can request Swatch Cards to be sent to you.

・The Member can request only one Swatch Card per fabric.  
・The service of requesting a Swatch card service is provided in accordance with the Terms of Service. If we determine that the purpose of requesting a sample book is other than to consider the purchase of the fabric in question, such as ordering the same product number several times or a large number of product numbers at once, we may cancel the request at our sole and absolute discretion.
Swatch Card Request Guide

1. Select a product.
2. Select "Swatch Card request" tab on the Product Detail page.
3. Click the "Add to Cart" button to add items to your cart.

4. Please check the item details in your cart.
5. Select the purpose of use. (*Mandatory)
6. Click on the "Proceed to Purchase" button to begin the checkout process.
7. Your request will be processed upon completion of the checkout process.

DIGITAL FABRIC

You can place an order for data-based fabrics.
You may choose from DIGITAL FABRIC and texture (image data) data. DIGITAL FABRIC is a combination of texture data and physical property data to express more realistically the texture of fabrics. 
DIGITAL FABRIC is available in two data formats: zfab and u3ma, while texture data is available in png format.
Please note the following precautions
・The purchase of DIGITAL FABRIC constitutes a license to the customer of the right to use the data. Customers may not transfer, sublease, or sublicense the purchased content to any third party.
・Due to the nature of digital data, purchased content cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. If the data itself is found to be physically defective or impaired in any way, we will, at our discretion, replace it with a good or equivalent data or cancel the relevant purchase and refund your money.
・Please use the purchased data in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Recommended software ver.

・CLO：Ver. 5.1 or higher
・BROWZWEAR：VStitcher / Lotta 2020 May Edition Build 51188 or higher
*Please refer to the overview of each software for the data formats available for your software.

Purchase Standard Color
・DIGITAL FABRIC is available in a standard color for each fabric which can be changed by the customer in the software. However, if you wish us to create data in other colors, please follow the instructions in the next section to place an additional order. 
・You cannot order DIGITAL FABRIC and texture data of multiple items at the same time. Please purchase one item at a time.

1. Select a product.
2. Select "DIGITAL FABRIC" tab on the Product Detail page.
3. Select the data format you wish to purchase.

  • DIGITAL FABRIC：Data created by combining texture (image) data with physical property data to realistically expresses the texture of the fabric.
  • TEXTURE DATA：Image only data

4. Click the "Add to Cart" button to add a selected item to your cart.
5. Your order is finalized when the checkout process is complete.
Purchase Additional colors

1. Select a product.
2. Select the "DIGITAL FABRIC" tab from the tabs on the Product Detail page.
3. Select the data format to purchase.
4. Click the "Buy Additional Colors" button

5. Select additional colors to purchase.
6. Click the "Next" button.
*If your desired color is not available in the color list, please submit a color request.

7. Confirm your order.
8. Click the "Add all items to cart" button to add items to your cart.
9. Your order is finalized when the checkout process is complete.
Download Instructions

1. Login to your "My Page".
2. Click on DIGITAL FABRIC in the Downloads section of the My Page menu.
3. The DIGITAL FABRIC (DF) and TEXTURE DATA (TX) you have already purchased will be listed.
4. Find the item to be downloaded.

5. Click the "Download" button and your download will begin.
  *For TEXTURE DATA (TX), downloading begins as soon as the "DOWNLOAD" button is clicked.
  * For DIGITAL FABRIC (DF), clicking the "DOWNLOAD" button will display a pop-up to select the data format (zfab, u3ma). Select the data format and the download will begin.
  *Due to the large data size of the files, downloading via mobile data communication may incur additional network charges. Downloading in a Wi-Fi environment is recommended.

6. Once the data has been downloaded, the process is complete.
Purchase Additional Colors for Previously Purchased Data

1.  Click on DIGITAL FABRIC in the Downloads section of the My Page menu.
2. The DIGITAL FABRIC (DF) and TEXTURE DATA (TX) you have already purchased will be listed.
3. Click on the "Color Order" button in the Additional Color Order section.
4. Please follow after step No.5 of “Purchase Additional Colors”.

CART

In the cart, you can view the details of the products you have added to your cart during the purchase process.
Please Note

You cannot add products with different order types to the cart. 
If you add a product to your cart from Sample Order section, please complete check out before going to another order type such as Swatch Card Request or DIGITAL FABRIC. If you add a product from one order type and then place another order with a different order type, the previously placed order will be removed from your cart.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Specify shipping address and payment method.
*Countries available for shipping are: the U.S.
Purchasing Instructions

1. Enter shipping information.
*Addresses already registered on the Website can be selected from the pull-down menu.
2. Click on the "Confirm Shipping Charges" button.
3. Confirm shipping charges and click on the "Proceed to Payment" button.

4. Select a payment method and enter the required information.
5. Set up the Customer's information. Enter or select the address and name of the person placing the order.
6. Click on the "Complete Payment" button to complete your order.

COUPON

About Coupons
We may occasionally issue coupons to our customers as part of a sales promotion.
Coupons are discount codes that can be used when shopping on this Website.
If you use the coupon when placing your order, the amount of the coupon will automatically be discounted from the total amount. Please check the invoice amount to see if the coupon has been applied before confirming your order.
*Coupons are only applicable when entered at the time of order and cannot be applied after the order is confirmed.
Coupon Terms and Conditions

Coupon amounts and terms and conditions may vary depending on the offer.
We will inform you about the coupon terms by email or other means when the coupon is issued.
