Membership registration is free.

What is Sample Order?

In Sample order, you can order fabrics at the desired length within 1-30 yards. Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns because we cut the fabric to your order.

What is a Swatch Card Request?

You can request Swatch Cards to be sent to you.

*A Member can request only one Swatch Card per fabric.

*The Swatch Card Request is provided under the Terms of Service. 

*If a violation or imminent threat of violation of the Terms of Service is detected, we may cancel your request at our sole and absolute discretion.

What is DIGITAL FABRIC?

What is the difference between DIGITAL FABRIC and TEXTURE DATA?

DIGITAL FABRIC
Digitalized fabric created by combining texture (image) data and physical property data. 


TEXTURE DATA
Data that expresses only the texture of the fabric.

How can I purchase DIGITAL FABRIC?

Can I select a default color?

DIGITAL FABRIC is available in a standard color for each fabric which can be changed by the customer in the software. However, if you wish us to create data in other colors, please follow the instructions in the next section to place an additional order.

Can I request digital fabric production from fabrics that are not from your company?

How do I download purchased data?

Purchased data can be downloaded from the Downloads section of the My Page menu.

Due to the large data size of the files, downloading via mobile data communication may incur additional network charges. Downloading in a Wi-Fi environment is recommended.

What data formats are available for download?

Digital fabric is available in two data formats: zfab and u3ma, while texture data is available in png format.

What is the license of purchased data?

Please use the purchased data in accordance with the Terms of Service.

What types of texture maps can I download?

The following six texture maps are available

・diffuse

・normal

・displacement

・roughness

・alpha

・metallic

What is the scope of disclosure of data produced using downloaded data?

Please use the purchased data in accordance with the Terms of Service.

What is the file size of the data?

Varies depending on the product.

Due to the large data size of the file, downloading via mobile data networks may incur additional charges. We recommend downloading over a Wi-Fi network.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

We accept major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX).

Please tell me how to use the coupon.

We may occasionally issue coupons to our customers as part of a sales promotion.

On the cart page, there is a field for inputting a coupon code.

Please enter your code here and click the apply coupon button.

Coupons are only applicable when entered at the time of order and cannot be applied after the order is confirmed.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship within three (3) business days (according to the Japanese calendar) from the date of order.
*We will notify you if we are unable to ship within the above timeframe due to our company holidays or other reasons.
You can check the shipping status in the Order History.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the products weight on the checkout page.

Can I specify a shipping company?

We deliver the products by DHL only.

You cannot specify by specific shipping company

Which countries do you ship to?

Shipping is only available to the United States & Canada.

Can I specify the delivery date ?

You cannot specify by a specific shipping company.

Where can I check the status of my shipment?

Where can I find the shipping company and invoice number?

How are taxes calculated ?

Duties and import taxes: These taxes are not included in the amount paid to us at the time of purchase. These are collected upon receipt of the products and are the responsibility of the customer.
