What is Sample Order?
In Sample order, you can order fabrics at the desired length within 1-30 yards. Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns because we cut the fabric to your order.
What is a Swatch Card Request?
You can request Swatch Cards to be sent to you.
*A Member can request only one Swatch Card per fabric.
*The Swatch Card Request is provided under the Terms of Service.
*If a violation or imminent threat of violation of the Terms of Service is detected, we may cancel your request at our sole and absolute discretion.

What is DIGITAL FABRIC?
DIGITAL FABRIC™ is a digitalized fabric created by combining texture (image) data and physical property data. Texture data expresses the texture of the fabric and is captured using a high-precision scanner. The data is then added to physical property data and adjusted by our specialists to create a DIGITAL FABRIC™ comparable to the actual fabric.
What is the difference between DIGITAL FABRIC and TEXTURE DATA?
DIGITAL FABRIC
Digitalized fabric created by combining texture (image) data and physical property data.
TEXTURE DATA
Data that expresses only the texture of the fabric.
How can I purchase DIGITAL FABRIC?

Can I select a default color?
DIGITAL FABRIC is available in a standard color for each fabric which can be changed by the customer in the software. However, if you wish us to create data in other colors, please follow the instructions in the next section to place an additional order.
Can I request digital fabric production from fabrics that are not from your company?

How do I download purchased data?
Purchased data can be downloaded from the Downloads section of the My Page menu.
Due to the large data size of the files, downloading via mobile data communication may incur additional network charges. Downloading in a Wi-Fi environment is recommended.
What data formats are available for download?
Digital fabric is available in two data formats: zfab and u3ma, while texture data is available in png format.
